Accessibility
Commando is committed to providing a website that is accessible
to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or
ability. As such, we are actively working to increase the
accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere
to many of the available standards and guidelines.p>
This website endeavours to conform to level A of the World Wide
Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
The site has been built using code compliant with W3C standards
for HTML 5.0 and CSS 2.1.
The site displays correctly in the following browsers:
Windows XP/Vista/7 using:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x , 7.x, 8.0
- Mozilla Firefox 3.6
- Google Chrome 5.0
- Safari 4.0
- Opera 10
Mac OS X using:
- Mozilla Firefox 3.6
- Google Chrome 5.0
- Safari 4.0
Note that while Commando strives to adhere to the accepted
guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not
always possible to do so in all areas of the website. In particular,
we cannot be responsible for third party plug-ins such as Facebook
if they do not conform with the standards outlined above. Equally
the Silverlight implementation of the Interactive Collections
navigator does not to conform to the stated standards of
accessibility.
Nevertheless, we are continually seeking out solutions that will
bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web
accessibility.
In the meantime should you experience any difficulty in
accessing the Commando, website please don't hesitate to contact us.
