Ex London firefighter, Carl Strode was quick to sign up for the Gulf War, knowing his experience in hot situations would be handy in the Royal Engineers – but he had no idea how integral his skill set would be.

Sent to defend an oil refinery in the Kuwait Desert, where their lead truck is destroyed by a landmine, the remaining men have two choices: turn back to H.Q. or keep going. One leads to safety, the other to dodging landmines scattered throughout the desert in hopes of reaching and holding one of the most flammable sites in the Persian Gulf!
